Seating on the boat to stream along Perfume River
After breakfast at the hotel, you will embark to a private boat and stream along the romantic Perfume River. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with ancient tombs of emperors past. Thien Mu Pagoda is the first stop of the day. You will have a great view of the Perfume River and the surrounding area. Thien Mu Pagoda is considered the unofficial symbol of Hue, and center of Buddhism in central Vietnam.
Following the flow, we disembark at the location of Thuy Bieu village that is famous by an illustrious pomelo and "Nhà rường" (a unique traditional house of Hue that is continued by the generations in a family). The village is also covered by Perfume River. Here, you can make friends with the locals and join in their daily farm workings with vegetable planting and fishing, etc.
On the way going back to the hotel, we will stop at Ho Quyen - Voi Re area. This place was used to be fighting place of tigers and elephants in the dynasty of King Nguyen. The last destination of the day is Minh Mang Tomb. Overnight at the hotel in Hue City.
