08.00. a.m. Follow the tour guide to ride to Tra que vegetable village with the beach along. Stop at An Bang Bridge to take an overview of such Vietnamese countryside scenes and the rural river.
08.30. a.m. After arriving at the village, you are greeted by a welcome drink, which is mixed from the rural ingredient (honey, ginger…)
Next, you will follow the farmer to visit the vegetable fields with more than 20 types of herbs. Most of them is often used to flavor the Hoian traditional dishes such as “Cao lầu”, “mỳ Quảng”, etc. Indulge yourself to the life of a farmer by the daily working as planting, watering, hoeing, fertilizing, picking… under the guiding of the host. 
11.00. a.m. Make the most of comfortable feeling while soaking your foot into a basin of local herb. After that, you will be interested in the cooking class with the famous foods as “Tam Huu” spring roll, Vietnamese pan cake. 
12.30. a.m. Time for lunch.
01.30. p.m. The itinerary continues by a riding to An Bang fishing village.
Here, you will listen to the village’s history, the daily life of fisherman. You will study a lot from them with mending net, casting net, throwing net, catching fishes, and so on. 
02.00. p.m. You take part in the activities of fisherman in Co Co River on a wooden boat (You are also equipped needed tools and a life vest).
04.00. p.m. Learn the way to sail a boat before a boat racing start. (You will do with a local and another couples on a boat).
05.00 p.m. Ride back to your hotel and bid farewell to the tour guide. End of Hoian Travel to Tra Que & An Bang villages.
