08.00. Local guide picks you up from your hotel in Sapa town to start trekking day. Firstly, we follow the downhill road (2km of short walking), to Cat Cat Village, which is called “the village of Black H’mong”. Having not only the attracting view of rice-terraces and H’mong traditional houses, but Cat Cat village is also well-known with the brocade waving that is from generation to generation. In addition, you will stop at a waterfall and the French existing hydroelectric station beside it.
After that, we continue going the route to Y Linh Ho for resting in a short time and enjoying the picnic lunch. The river nearby will help you forget the tiredness.
In the afternoon, we trek toward Muong Hoa Valley, where you can visit the ancient bank of rock with thousand sculptured imagines. Muong Hoa Valley also has the Hoa stream, which runs throughout Lao Chai, Tavan, Hau Thao and Ban Ho Villages. Going along the stream, we enter the village of Giay minority, Tavan village. If Lao Chai is amazing by the immense rice-terraces of H’mong, Tavan village is impressing by the corn-fields of Giay minority. Let experience the Ethnic culture and life while sauntering between the grandiose mountains and unspoiled jungle.
