Policy & Payment Condition For Join-in-Group Tours

POLICY:

• The Departure date are fixed and guaranteed only if there are 4 persons joined-in. Maximum is 10 tourists. Far East Tour will confirm 20 days prior departure date. 
• All confirmation bookings will be final at least 20 days prior departure date by travel consultant of Far East Tour.
• Price is based on per person in half twin sharing room. If you want to stay in Single room throughout the trip, please add the Single supplement.
• The odd person (5th, 7th one) will be stay in triple room (2 twin beds or 1 double bed + 1 extra bed). If you want to stay in Single room throughout trip, please add the Single supplement.
• Internal flight tickets are not included in the price package. Far East Tour is able to help you book tickets: Vietnam airlines: USD 75 – USD 98/person/way | Viet Jest air: USD 50 – USD 80/person/way)
• Air tickets are issued and give back to you the E-ticket 20 days prior departure date.

 

PAYMENT CONDITION:

• A deposit of 30% of the total price to be paid by bank transfer or Visa, Paypal or Western Union or bank transfer at time of booking.
• The remaining 70% is payable at the beginning of the trip, in cash or by credit card.

Bank charges related to payments are charged to the customer.
 

CANCELATION POLICY:

1. Far East Tour cancel the trip
Until 20 days before trip commencement, Far East Tour will confirm the departure date is guaranteed or not. If there are less than 4 tourists joined-in, that departure date will be canceled.  Your deposit will be return back to you (by the same method that you paid). 

2. Customer cancel trip
For whatever reason, cancellation charges are applied as follows:

• More than 20 days before the beginning of the trip: no charge but deposit is non refundable.
• 15 to 19 days before trip commencement: 15% of the total trip cost and deposit.
• 5 to 14 days before trip commencement: 30% of the total trip cost and deposit.
• No refunds for cancellations 2 days before the commencement of the journey.

Bank charges related to payments and repayments are charged to the customer.
