We were a group of 3 couples, chose FarEastour for our trip in Vietnam. We had some wishes: enjoying the rice paddies in Sa Pa and also around Mu Cang Chai, cruising on a small cruise in Halong Bay, discovering the center cities (Hoi An and Hue) and the Mekong Delta. All in 3 weeks. Fareastour, through Thanh Thuy, who was perfect and whom we thank especially, made us a really adapted proposal to our request, at a very reasonable budget. And with French guides and 4 * hotels (and homestays in the Mu Cang Chai area) were very well chosen.

We are very happy with our 22 days trip organized by Far East Tour! Our travel consultant, Christine Ha was always reactive and proactive and keep us updated all the time. She also organized the travel accordingly to our desires and budget which was great!!! We really recommend this agency as our trip in Vietnam was a great experience and very well organized.

The trip was amazing, we really enjoyed it very  much. The staff was very friendly. Food on board very good, and the guide was great and fun. Just wanted to give you some feedback on our tour of Sapa. Train was fine, pick up in Lao Cai fine and Cang our guide was great - helpful, friendly and spoke good English. Walking in Sapa was amazing. We loved it. All our booked lunches and breakfast were fine.
Overall though we loved Sapa and Cang was a fantastic guide. Thank you!

Now that I have returned to Australia I just wanted to send you a quick note of thanks for everything you did for us while we were on Ha Long Bay. The trip exceeded my expectations and I cannot praise the tour guide and the crew highly enough!!  The service was magnificent and I know that all the family were delighted with the tour!!
 
I have one small question. Would you be able to send me the names of the tour guide and crew of the boat please. The family want to write on Trip Advisor and want to praise certain people directly. I understand if this is not possible but hoping that V’Spirit may keep these records.
 
Again thank you so very much for everything you did to ensure our family trip to Halong Bay was such a resounding success!!  You are a real credit to your company!!  I do hope we have the chance to work together again!!

Dear Emily,

I wanted to tell you about our sampan-tour: it was amazing! The sampan is such a wonderful boat, there is so much space, even in the bathroom! We liked the fans in the bedroom with the mosquito net, we do not need air con. Also the tour with the stops on the way were very nice. And the food was excellent!

The boat was lovely, the crew flexible, and driver absolutely great. Train went smoothly and we loved the driver so much that he asked him to stay with us until the office of Topas opened - and then we couldn't give him up as he offered to take us shopping to buy sweets and pencils and notebooks for the children at a local school- and then he took us there and to another village en route before bringing us to Eco. (Obviously, we expect to pay for this). We also asked him to pick us up early on Sunday for a trip to a Sunday market. His English is perfect and he is absolutely wonderful.

So I'm writing thank YOU for making this all so smooth and special. Neither Gady nor Assaf has ever travelled in this part of the world and they are both delighted at how perfect everything has been

I'm very glad to see you! Our cruise was beatiful!!! Me and my husband are enthusiastic of all!!! The transfer, the food and the junk were all perfect!!! Our Terrace Suite beautiful!!! And the crew also kind and lovely!!! In particular Philippe, Vivi and Ha...anyway, all of them!!! The cook very very clever!!! The food was very good and my husband has take part al the cooking class!!!

We asked Far East to put together a tour of Vietnam from north to south. They promptly emailed a suggested itinerary as a starting point. Over the course of several emails we got it down to specific places we wanted to visit, length of stay, modes of transportation, choice of tours in each location and hotel accommodations. They gave us all of the possibilities, answered all of our questions which enabled us to review everything and work toward a final itinerary.There was no rush. They were totally professional and very sensitive to our desires and needs throughout the process.
Now that we have returned, we can't say enough about how well their coordination came off. We saw and learned so much! Thanks to Far East, we simply had a great time.
