Together with some recently established supermarket including Danang, Metro, BigC, Intimex, Rosa Bai Tho, Nhat Linh, Dai Duong, etc., there are two big markets in the city center of Danang: Han market and Con market. These are the major shopping centers in Danang. The good food shops in Danang serve many special foods like Mi Quang, rice paper cake with meat, Banh Xeo, grilled veal, vermicelli with grilled chopped fish, vermicelli with fishsauce, cake with sesame, Nam O fishsauce which can be bought as gifts for your friends and family. 

1. Quang Noodle:
Quang Noodle is served from early morning to around 9 am or 10 am. On some streets like Hoang Dieu, Phan Thanh, Trung Nu Vuong, Hoang Hoa Tham,. Some addresses serve the whole day, for example shops in Nguyen Huu Tho street, Nguyen Cong Tru street. The price for this food is not the same in every place, ranging from 13,000 dong/bowl to 25,000 dong/bowl depending on the quantity of food served. Rice paper cakes served with Quang Noodle cost around 3000 dong/one. Some famous addresses include Quang Noodle in 1A Hai Phong, Mrs. Vi’s Quang Noodle. The reference price is from 20,000 dong to 30,000 dong per bowl.
 

 

2. Nam O Fish salad 
The true taste of this food must be find when dined in Nam O. Otherwise, Nguyen Tat Thanh Street or Nam O Bridge are also good choice with the price from 40,000 dong. 
 
3. Vermicelli with grilled chopped fish
The food shop on Hoang Dieu Street (next to Hoang Anh Gia Lai Buiding) opens from 7 am to 21 pm; the shop in Hung Vuong Street opens whole day. One in Tran Van Cao opens in the morning only. The price is from 15,000 dong/bowl. The traditional vermicelli with grilled chopped fish store in 109 Nguyen Chi Thanh , Hai Chau district surves at the prices of 20,000 dong and 25,000 dong per normal and special bowl of vermicelli respectively. The store opens from 6am to 22 pm, peak hours are from 7am to 9am and 17pm to 20 pm.

4. Pork girdle cakes 
To enjoy the best taste, you should choose some restaurants on the streets of Chau Thi Vinh Te, Hai Phong, Duy Tan, Le Duan or Do Duc Thinh at the price of between 30,000 dong and 80,000 dong. Some famous addresses include Mau pork girdle cake at No. 35 Do Duc Thinh Street and at No. 4 Le Duan.  
 
5. Banh Xeo
Banh Xeo on Hoang Dieu or Hai Phong streets is served at the price from 5,000dong/cake. A famous address is Banh Xeo Ba Duong in lane 11, Hoang Dieu street, the new address is K280/23 Hoang Dieu. Note: there are several shops there so you should pay attention on the pannel to fin the right place. 

6. Banh Beo 
Besides from some street vendors, Banh Beo are served in Con market (Hung Vuong street), in Hoang Dieu street, Hai Phong street, Ong Ich Khiem street ( from September to February every year, from noon to night). The price of this food is around 15,000 dong per bowl. 
 

 
 

7. Cau Mong Grilled Veal 
Grilled veal is the best in Cau Mong, Dien Ban, Quang Nam, which is about 15km from Danang. Besides, Be Thui Cau Mong Ba Ngoc at 228 Dong Da or 99 Ong Ich Khiem are also good to try on.

8. Che Hat Luu
There are many shops serving this food but some best ones must be at Con Market, or some stores on Tran Binh Trong street, Phan Thanh street with the price from only 5,000 dong/cup.
 

 
Che hat luu is the cheapest sweet food in the list of Danang cuisine.
 

9. Jackfruit Mixing 
The best place for this food is on Ong Ich Duong street (opposite to Hoa Tho Textile company) or on Pham Van Nghi street. Price is very cheap, at just around 10,000 dong/plate. 

10. Girdle cakes
The price of this cake is from 8,000 dong/plate. The best address is at a lane nearby Thang Long Hotel, Dien Bien Phu street and Ba Tu’s Grirdle cakes at 354 Le Duan which the price is from 3,000 dong to 5,000 dong/one.

11. Sticky rice cream 
The price of this food is ranging from 7,000 dong to 12,000 dong per cup on Ngo Si Lien and Hoa Khanh streets. 

12. Tofu cocktail
You can drop in Nguyen Van Linh street to enjoy this food at the price of from 14,000 dong/plate.

13. Yogurt and cold jackfruit 
Yogurt is popularily sold nearby Nguyen Van Troi Bridge, at the very cheap price of 10,000 dong/ tray of 10 jars. Besides yogurt, there is cold jackfruit in there shops which tastes well and is very cheap at about 5000 dong/package.  

14. Snails 
A plate of snails is served at the price of from $1. For some better types of snail, the price is a bit more expensive. There are a number of restaurants serving snails but the most famous one is located on Le Duan Street.  
 

It is a beach city, sea-food is an intergral part of Danang culinary.
